in my 01 a6 2.7t my check engine light cme on last night. took it to get scanned and it came back as P1113 manufacturer control- fuel air metering. looked up on bentley's and it deciphered the code as Bank1, Sensor1- internal resistance too high. what does this mean and intale?

 

O2 sensor 1 - bank 1 heater resistance too high probable faults are shorted wires or failed O2 sensor, check for wiring problem first it might be stuck to the exhausted and burned/melted

 

what wires am i looking for?

 

the wires going to you heated O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 is the first sensor on the left looking at the car from the front

 

if it is an 02 sensor, is it an easy fix?
