Last night my rearview mirror started leaking. So I decided to take it off and figure out why. I found instructions in my Bentley Manual how to take the mirror assembly off, but the retention ring wouldn't release. I turned it a little bit harder and I broke my windshield. Anyways, where can I find a new one (Rearview mirror)without having to deal with the dealer. This really sucks.

 

Yeah that tends to happen with the windsheild. The reason it was leaking is because the auto dim feature uses lcd to dim. So the fluid leaking out was actually liquid crystals. Try shokan or one of the other parts recylclers on the net.
