Default Headlight Wahser nozzle installation

I am trying to replace the headlight washer nozzle cover that is in the bumper. the nozzle works fine but the cover that is flush against the bumper is broke. I bought one from the dealer that looks like the flat cover that you see flush with the bumper and it has 2 plastic pieces (vertical) that come down. the overall shape is like a U with the flat top part. see the link below for a picture. does anyone know how to replace this cover. Thanks in advance.

First you need to get the old pieces out.

Actuate the washer with the headlights on and grab it when it comes up. Remove the old pieces if there are any and let it retract.

Just push the new one in it will ratchet into place as you push.
