I'm a newbie with my 06 A3 2.0T. I was thinking of changing out the low beam and high beam bulbs to either an extra bright or blue bulb. Is thiss some think I can do myself?

Also, I was thinking of getting the chrome exhaaust tips that you can install yourself. When I look at the current exhaust, it seems the to be rather large, would the tips fit over it.
