I have a 02' Audi A6 3.0. Yesterday, I was replacing one of the fuses, and I noticed there are a few fuses missing, which corresponds to heated mirror, heated steering wheel, and heated seat. From the user panel, there are no switch for these functions. If I plug fuses into these three slots, am I going to have these features?

Of course your not gonna have those features, if you don't have switches for it how are you gonna activate it? If you look where the missing fuses should be you'll probably notice that there aren't any electrical contacts.
