HELP! not sure whats wrong
It is very difficult to say from a photo, but,..here goes.
First impression: The hose clamp may be too far back. That pipe has a slight flare and ideally, you would want he hose clamp to be just over the flare, clearing it, before tighteninig it.
Second impression:If the leak is caused by a loose clamp, there may have been some build up of corrosion or deposits between the hose and the pipe. remove the hose, clean the pipe and reinstall the clamp in the proper position.
