Most dealers will upgrade for free. If your dealer is being less than cooperative, then here is how you get it done. There are severalAudi TSBs that allow you to get the MMI software upgarded for free. The trick is that you have to complain about the radio losing its "surround setting" or that the cursor is jumping. I have copies of the TSBs in a PDF format, but I can't figure out how to post them or to e-mail them through the forum.
