will '01 S4 wheels fit correctly on an 01 A6?

They're just different rims. You shouldn't have any problem. Not to mention the body, fenders, etc. are all basically the same.

Wasn't sure if the big calipers would affect fittment but then again I gues a B5 S4 has the same brake set-up as the C5 2.7T
