Default issues with A6 quattro 2.7

I just recently purchased an Audi A6 quattro 2.7.

Problem 1: We realized after that the windows will not roll down, interior lights will not come on, the sunroof will not work, and just recently the lock remote stopped working. Also the dash shows that all the doors are open but the driver door and the oil light and brake light is always on and we just got the oil changed and brakes replaced. We checked all the fuses and even changed some but that did not fix it. Can anyone help as to what the problem may be. We did find out that the car was previously involved in an accident on the passenger side front door side.

Problem 2: The alarm lights blink FREQUENTLY. It appears it does it whenever someone walks or dives by the vehicle. It doesn't sound it just blinks for a long period of time before turning off. Is there a way to deactivate it?

Problem 3: The car recently broke down. We figured it may have been the battery. We took it to autozone; they charged it and we put it back in and it still wouldn't start. We did a tune up and it still will not start. Anyone have any idea what else it could be?

Have you not done a proper vagcom code scan yet?

No I have not. I am unsure of how to do that. I took it to a shop prior to it breaking down to get a diagnosis done. It was a rip off because they didn't give me any useful information.

The problem is that without codes, it could be anything. Even a simple code reader, like a Innova, will provide some information. But detailed diagnostics do require the proprietary VAGCOM reader.

Another questions is why didn't you check all this stuff before you purchased the vehicle. While it could be a few simple fixes, this car could also have a lot of expensive problems. Your post makes it sound like you purchased the car, then found all these problems!
