Default Just change all control arms, now a rubbing sound.

I just replace all my control arms. Tie rod, lowers, upper, sway bar links on both sides. Anyways, it looks like my wheel is now a little crooked (could of been like that before) but there is a rubbing noise coming from the driver side tire. I haven't driven anywhere I just backed up out of the drive way so I could drive onto a 2x8 to get a little more clearance to tighten all the bolts on the control arms.

I took the tire back off and just can't find out what it is.
My car is all messed up now haha, there is white smoking coming from underneath the mass air flow sensor (my valve covers need replacing and it could also be penetration oil over-spray from when I sprayed down all my control arm bolts).

I counted the threads on the tie rod, and put it back as close as I possibly could, I'm stuck :/

Any input would be much appreciated.
