Just had my 2001 2.7T chipped d it's great - just one question.
What's the 0-60 stock v 0-60 chip. The guy who chipped it reckons it's now putting out 300bhp

Thats awsome man. I just got rid of my '01 A4 for an '01 A6 2.7T. I want to chip the thing, but was told to get both DV's done and a new throttle body boot. I have the tip tranny, and everyone has told me to get the chip for it when I do the ECU chip so I do not burn up the transmission. Do you have auto or 6-speed? What chip did you have put in? Did you have anything else done to the car? Any info would be helpful. I cannot find too many mod tips for an A6 2.7T when it comes to chips, DV's, TBB, etc.
