Default Loss of boost? Top five isssues?

I hear a SHHH sound, could it be leaking hose or seal? Nothing is telling me anything is wrong. ( on the readout or check engine light) 1st problem with car. Just only a little front end boost and them its all motor. What would be your guess? I'm going to take it to Futural performance on monday.

1. Throttle Body Boot (TBB)
2. F-hose. Wait... No! The 2002 didn't have the F-hose. OK... TBB
3. TBB
4. TBB
5. Some other hose/fitting

SouthboroAudiGuy, who offers the best replacement for the TTB besides the full all out APR setup? link would be great for purchase... I like your wheels, it's a nce Clean look & your H-sport review/purchase/feedback/info was perfect, that will be my next upgrade... thanks!

I know Samco makes a good set of hoses (inc. TBB) but I'm not sure who carries them. Sorry -- you'll have to Google.

Thx for the kind words on the wheels -- picked 'em up for a song on eBay. Glad you liked the review on the H-sports. Be sure to check out the very comprehensive DIY Tech Article on AW if you plan on installing yourself.

SouthboroAudiGuy

I bought a Samco Red TBB and installed it in about 40 minutes. I came with the clamps and even a lolipop. The only issue is that the top sensor mounts higher then before and now the BI-Turbo cover will not fit... Now I can see the Red TBB and Forge deverters... i might mod the cover with a window vis dremal tool, we will see. Its running perfect Now!
