Yes, you can try cleaning the MAF sensor. It sure is cheaper than replacing it.

Hey hxgaser, I was just updating this post and letting you know that the MAF was SHOT! I had a chance to run up too the audi shop where they know me well and helped me out for free. They helped me clean and blow the MAF to brand new shape! We also made sure that all of the plugs were together inside the sensor. Sadly today was not my lucky day to get out on the cheap route .. The MAF was still reading 0.000 hah Thx for the help hxgaser just wanted to get back too you.

meh 180 even from the dealership I have the old MAF! HXgaser are you a tech or where doesn't your knowledge come from? Jw I am looking to learn
