mechanical problems not sure of problem

what more information do you need it's pretty self-explanatory I have a 2000 Audi A6 2.7t it's making a clicking noise when i tap the gas and cut the wheel and it gives the tranny gives a hard thump sometimes and it doesn't accelerate when hitting the gas for a split second
