Default Need advice on 2000 A6 purchase

I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 A6, 2.8Quattro, 5 speed manual, with all options. The car has 90K, is a one owner, and has all records. The timing belt service has not been done. The clutch is original. The car is very clean and cared for. I got him to $8K on the car. Deal or no deal?? Any input would be appreciated.

pretty sick deal if you ask me. but thats just my opion.
here in vancouver, i got my 99 audi a6 2.8quattro down to 13K$
it had 155km on it and was in fairly good condition. no accidents.
however timing belt was not serviced.
8k$ sounds like a good price.

Thats very cheap, at least it would be in Australia. My 1998 2.4V6 with 100,000 miles in reasonable condition was $12,500.
