Need advice for MMI update
Hi all,
I own a 2007 A6 3.0TDIQ and i want to update my firmware to latest.
My MMI is
SW: C6-HU 51.5.0.0739
HW: C6-HU 6350D2.0 version at the moment and i think this is not the latest version of firmware. Also i have some connectivity problems with the bluetooth set so it would be nice to update it too. IT disconnects in the middle of conversation and then reconnects after a few seconds but not always. I mean %50 times it disconnects and reconnects, rest works normal.
When i talked with my Audi service the mechanic told me that the cost is about 80$ and there is a risk of losing the Bluetooth unit if it is damaged or misloaded during the update.
1. Is there a really risk of losing the unit?
2. Can someone name the latest firmware versions for my MMI and Bluetooth?
3. How can i obtain or find these firmwares?
4. And finally the method for installing them manually?
