hi i have a a6 1.8t 97 model the problem i have is that when its cold the car starts ok ,runs ok,but when it gets hot it will not start if i stop anywhere .dont have access to vag machine, but trolled the web and it looks like its the cam sensor but being unemployed and not having a lot of cash i would hate to buy new then find its something else has anybody any ideas ,also i was told that if i take off negative side of battery for 5 mins that would clear fault codes without the use of vag machine.as i said certainly can't afford audi to find and fix prob
