I have the same problem. Can you let me know if you found the parts and how to replace them?

I think this is fairly common and the buttons are not available as a separate item. The only option is to get a new control panel for your climate controls and thus you have to resort to a salvage yard (and hope they have one in good condition) or spend several hundred dollars at the dealer.

My local salvage yard wanted $155 for a used one with a broken tab...needless to say I'm living with the scratched buttons. Even if you did get them replaced chances are the same thing would happen eventually if you use the buttons on a regular basis. Personally I rarely use them, but the previous owner obviously did thus the problem.

I have considered masking off a "-" and "+" with some self adhesive stencils and then just repainting them, but I can't manage to find a source for a comparable paint so they would end up just being flat black. I guess that is probably better than what is there now, but I haven't been willing to take a chance on it yet. If I do I will post the results, but it will have to wait until spring until the weather permits me to waste time on things only I will notice.
