Default New A6er, Ive got some window rollup problems? anyhelp

hey guys, I just bought a 2000 metalic blue 2.7 tip with some nice mirror tint job, 66k mile,
only problem the passenger window and behind passenger window have trouble going up, dealer says its some pins that need replacing, they want 128 per window to do it, Im thinking that I can do it or I can at least get the part and have nondealer do it. question is is this a common problem? and does anyone have experience in this? or any links would be great too thanks!!

Search for "window guides". It's a pretty common problem, at least for the front windows. Parts are cheap and it's a pretty easy DIY.

The front windows you can get away with doing the replacment clips, the back windows your gonna have to bite the bullet and buy the regulator.

Thanks guys my driver side window looked to be off track. good to see it isn't going to cost 800$ to fix. looks like it might be the clips
