Hey new owner here. I have a 2001 A6 4.2 54k on the clock. I bought a scanner from ECS and it doesnt fit. Any ideas? I woundering if i should just buy the cable and download software vs the cheaper hand held. What do you guys think? Thanks

What was the model number of the part? and any problems with the car for you wanting a scanner? I would buy the pricey one, due to the fact that the cheap ones only work a time or two if that.
