Noise - Just replaced rotors

Default Noise - Just replaced rotors
Just spun the rotors. Put car back together and it clunks with the each revolution when hard on the brakes. What did I forget to do?????? Any help would be GREAT! Hate to pay the dealer for this one.

Did you forget to put the spring that goes from the caliper bracket to the caliper back in?
