Oil Treatment Ques.

My A6 has been filled with the wrong oil for the last couple of years by the other owner.

I've opened the Valve cover and see some crazy deposits. I know that there r some Flush liquids. But will that be enough for the volume of sludge? Is there any one out there that does this flushing professionaly?In Ontario region CA?

Or any other suggestions on what to do?

I use seafoam on all my cars and trucks... it does work wonder... plus sohw you if you have any problem that you wouldn't see it with all that sludge.

doing mine this weekend. I keep forgetting to do it.

You say the other owner filled with the wrong oil! What oil didthey use, andwhat is the right oil?

as per the audi repair manual....

U canONLY use 5w30 synthetic oil with Api service Sj Specifications.

And they used some cheap Formula One 10w30 oil. And after all that oil there is a large build up.
