You might want to visit and Audi specialist for more verification your gear my be the problem. need to change it.

You can change the language from the MMI controller when you start the car, also concerning the other error code you might want to visit an Audi programmer to scan for error code that way you can easily identify the fault and fix easy.

you might want to check your back brake pad sensor, it's possible it has expired needs replacement.

step on your break pedal release the parking break, if it doesn't work you need to check the back break pad sensor.
