I have a 99 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8l. I actually have three error codes, P0432, P0422, and P1141.

P0432 - Main cat below efficientcy below threshold bank 2

P0422 - Main cat below efficientcy below threshold bank 1

P1141 - Load calculation cross check range/performance

I did alot of work to this car to get it running good again which includes the following :

- Timing adjusted/new belt and pulleys
- New water pump
- New coil pack
- New spark plugs and wires
- Remanned fuel injectors
- New fuel filter
- New MAF
- Replaced all vacuum hoses
- New struts
- Two new Magnaflow catalytic converters
- Two new flex joints on exhaust
- New O2 sensors

I am stuck as to why I am getting catalytic converter CEL's. Could it be because of them being Magnaflows? Do these codes have anything to do with the P1141? What could cause the P1141? Would O2 spacers help solve my problem and if they would then would it be able to pass emissions? Please help! I am stuck!
