Default Problems with my 2000 A6

Hello, I'm getting ready to sell my A6 but have a few problems. My first problem is my front passenger window is screwed up. Everytime I try to open the window it will go down but then when I bring it back up it will go up and down randomly and I have to force it up w/my hand. Anyone know if this is a mechanical or electrical problem?
My second problem is my brake light is on incessantly. I have taken it to numerous garages and they have said there's nothing wrong with the brakes and suggested replacing the sensor. When I went to the dealer, they said the entire ECU was broken and I needed to pay 1600 to fix it. Anyone know what is the problem and how much brake sensors cost?
My other problem is I have a black powder on my front rims. I was told this is normal and is just powder coming from the brakes, is this true?
My final problem is my CD player doesn't work, if the car gets warm, the CD's won't read and will only work when it is freezing cold. Do I need a new headunit?

Thanks everyone

Solid "BRAKE" warning light is indication of problem W/ ABS. Mine did that - had to replace ABS ECU for about $1K.

On the black stuff on wheels, depending on how well of quality you have for your brakes, there might be a lot of brakedust on your rims. More on the inside then on the outside.

The window problem is your guides

The door panel needs to come off, along with the window carrier

Thanks for the responses guys. The ABS problem seems to expensive to repair considering the value of the car. How hard do you think the window problem would be (or how expensive)? I've noticed the problem has now gone to the rear window as well.
