Introducing Seafoam through vacuum line will fall short of cleaning the injectors.

You can clean the intake with either water or seafoam. I did seafoam myself and worked great. Be sure to do it where it is well ventilated though. You will smoke the entire neighbohood and it is normal.

when you add seafoam to your oil, do you have to drain it? do you have to change the oil at regular interval as usual?

you shouldn't run seafoam in the crank case longer than a fill up of gas

The reason that I did seafoam instead of water for my intake was that I was scared of using water. I have heard of many people doing it, but for some reason, water in my cylinder head didn't seem right. The reason that there is a t-fitting is that you can suck up seafoam and air at the same time. It keeps the idle high enough and keeps the car from flooding. Just run about a cup full, and it should be okay.

As for the crankcase, I ran it for about 200 miles and changed oil. Seafoam works be thinning oil and loosening old stuff. So it shouldn't be run for a long time.
