Rear passenger vent water

Rear passenger vent water
I have a B5 which has a soaked rear floorboard. We have had no rain for about a month and during a long drive across the hot sandy part of the state, there was standing water in the back after vacuuming it out a day before.
I did check the battery/windscreen drain which is clear and totally dry, and the sunroof drains just to be sure, which are also clear. I pulled up the carpet from the passenger front side and found the "funnel" and rubber grommet where the A/C condensate drains through the body and was able to pour water through it and onto the ground, So I know that's not clogged either. With the carpet pulled up and driving it, I see no water coming from the front drain, or from the front air ducts. I stuck a rag in the rear air ducts and they are soaked during every drive. What should I take apart next to find the A/C clog??
