The speaker is either getting lose or needs replacement, how do I access to it? do I have to remove all the door panel?, where can I find instructions?

You have to remove the door panel to access the speaker. There are two phillips screws at the top of each side of the door panel. There should also be a few screws behind the long trim cover that spans from front to back of the door above the handle. Maybe a couple at the bottom of the door panel too.
