Is it possible to pull the switch out without removing the door panel? Because I have the same problem and I was going to just use something to keep the button down but if it's an easy fix I'll do it

yeah, there's no need to take off the entire door panel.

Look under where the switches rest and you'll see the little hole you push it up from (with a screwdriver or whatever you can fit thru).
