Default Replacing Vac Lines 2.8.....

Is it really that easy? I haven't taken a look, I know that I am capable of doing it. I keep reading people who say they do it!

I want to do it too!

Is there a tutorial, I don't have the bently manual.

Maybe somebody can scan a few pages and I'll throw some money via paypal!

Thanks guys!

It is simple but you don't need to replace it unless there is a leak. Do you have a leak?

just gotta remove the engine covers and follow each vac line end to end, replacing one at a time. I'd rather replace before the leak, as over time they sure like getting crispy and break

i got mine with heater house and i add an oil catch can in line too, and works fine (10k miles soon). dealer charge more then 100 on breather house lines. if you plan to replace the vac lines, don`t forget to take the pcv valve and suction pump and clean them . usually suction pump get`s clog. carb cleaner spray will work , but let it dry before u put it back. from 1 to 10 , i will give an 2 , is easy but takes some time, the end of the lines where are connected the original ones are oval shape and u have to press in diagonal kind of made it circle so can release. the one between the engine and firewall is harder to release, just take your time. hope this helps
