It took me about 6 months of looking to find my 2.7t MT6. It's exactly what you want - silver/black, 52k miles. But it's soooooo not for sale. I guess all I'd say is keep looking and don't be afraid to look in oddball places, one will turn up if you are patient.

Are you talking about the "piggies"? I thought they made them for the tiptronic models also. I'd like to get those and the rest of the exhaust system replaced while the mileage would be relatively low, been reading around and somewhat scared of replacing the turbos, but it seems the funner of the 3 engines, although i might spring for a 4.2 for the reliability and the wide body (kinda got used to wide body's since I have an Impala ).

And yeah, I know I could wait some more, and might, but my car is getting old and my brother needs a car, plus my dad is willing to give me cash towards a new(er) car so thats a big incentive.

they do make the piggies for them and I was going to make my own piggies but you can't get them in or out past that big *** tranny. The tiptronics don't give up down pipes without pulling the motor.. Sadly ... The 4.2 I think is a good option if you find the right car/price
