I took my 2003 A6 to the dealer because my airbag light came on and stayed on when someone used the rear passenger side seat belt. They said I needed to have that seat belt replaced; they ordered the part and did the repair. So far, so good. I picked up the car today and the driver side front seat belt no longer retracts, the service desk guy, looked at it, (the service tech had left for lunch.) I told him it must be related to the seat belt repair, but he said "no." He offered to order a new retractor. I asked him to verify with the tech that the problem was not related. After I got back to work, I checked the front passenger side belt, just on a hunch, and it doesn't retract either!!! I called an told the rep, I am awaiting a call back.

Anyone know if the new problems could be related to the repair?
