Question Should I buy this 2002 A6 with some issues?

I found a 2002 A6 I can get pretty cheap. It has 100,000 miles on it. 3.0 engine, automatic transmission. Not a Quattro model. The body and interior are in good shape. It runs and drives, but it has some issues that would need attention.

The issues:

Unknown service history. I'm assuming it is going to need a timing belt and water pump right away. It also needs a new windshield and a new bumper cover (previous owner ran over a cement curb thing).

It has a rough idle and the check engine light is on. I have a Vag-Com, so I scanned the computer and all the info I got is below. Supposedly it smooths out at highway speeds, I only drove it a few blocks so far.

The dealer selling it claims an "import shop" looked at it and says it needs some new vacuum lines. From my research on the codes, that sounds likely to be true.

If I were to buy this car, I would immediately park it in my garage and do the timing belt and water pump right away before driving it. I'd probably pop in new spark plugs at the same time, as well as replacing vacuum hoses and searching for a vacuum leak that might be causing the issues. I'd get the transmission fluid flushed/changed soon too.

What should I look for before deciding if I want to buy this car? I've never owned an Audi before but have a Jetta now (hence the Vag-Com).

What are the common problems with this car? If I address the codes/rough idle issue and do the maintenance mentioned above, would you expect this to be a fairly reliable vehicle?

Any codes below that scream run away?

They are asking $2,750 for it but I think they would take less, they have had it 4 or 5 months. It's a small body/repair shop and car lot, but they haven't done anything to the car. They say they would rather just sell it cheap as is, I don't think they deal with too many imports.
