Hello-

FYI: What I thought was coolant smell in my cabin turned out to be the headlight switch wire harness shorting out- see attached pics. The smell occurred with engine running and not running(ignition turned). I saw smoke coming from under the steering column. The odor was sweet just like the antifreeze. Yes, i checked the coolant lines, etc When I went under dash to see if the heater core was failing is when i noticed it. I called Audi of USA and there is a campaign for the wiring harness- i never did get the notification. I am the original owner of the car. Goes to the dealership next week.
