I got new Pirelli tires about 2 weeks ago and i am still feeling this thing? I had an inspection done to the car about 6 months ago and they fixed everything that was wrong with it, belive me i know i saw the bill . But when they fixed it the guy said it was in perfect condition so I dont know whats going on?

 

Wheel vibration is a nightmare to diagnose. But if the car is vibrating at rest, it ain't the wheels.

As far as specs and offset, here are the specs for the RS4 replica rims I just purchased and had ContiExtremeContacts mounted. No vibration at all up to 100 mph. I just put 1400 miles on them in a week including 200 miles of driving at 70-90 with no issues. Note the offset of 38.

Diameter - 18";
Width - 8.5";
Offset - ET38
PCD - 5x112

It does not make sense to me that the wheels would rub against the springs at higher springs. That implies they are toeing out at speed in order for the inside of the tire to hit the springs. If that's even possible, it says your suspension has a serious problem.
