P1131-- Bank2-Sensor1 Internal Resistance too High, Upstream (primary) O2 sensor bad
P0160-- O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 No Activity Detected, may clear if other problems are fixed.
P1423-- Sec.Air Inj.Sys.,Bank1 Flow too Low
P1113-- Bank1-Sensor1 Internal Resistance too High

1) Looks like both upstream O2 sensors have problems with their heater circuit (check fuses, wiring, & connectors), it is unlikely that both O2s failed at the same time.
2) AIR pump is not feeding enough air into exhaust. Check fuse for AIR pump, wiring and connectors, and hoses going from pump to exhaust system.

That braided line looks like it goes to the fpr ( fuel pressure regulator)

Sounds and looks like your Vacuum line need to be replace. The vacuum line with set off those codes. The fuel gauges try the fuses.

Could this be causing my fuel guages to stop working?

Also if it's a fuse which on is it?
