What do you guys think? Should I do the machined face privat netz or the BBS LM Replicas? I am looking to do 19's. Also would 19x9.5's fit all the way around? I really want to do a rim with a big lip, and not any axis wheel with the maxxlip.

I'm not an expert, so you may take this with a grain of salt.
Since it appears that you are looking more for style than you are for comfort, so I won't try to persuade you to choose otherwise. My recommendation is that you stick with the lightest rim that appeals to your eye. If you like 19" and BBS I recommend any of their forged wheels like LM, RE, RGR, or if you are rich go for the RS-GT.
O.Z. makes some decent wheels as well. Fairly strong and light. These are a little bit less expensive than the BBS.
SSR and Volk make forged wheels as well, but they may not be to your liking.

I am a big fan of BBS, always good quality, consistent..
I have heard good and VERY bad stories on LM replicas, real cheap but poor finish quality and weak, so watch pot holes... But I am sure there are good ones out there just dont't know which, sorry.
I LOVE the PIAA Supermesh and some Rial that looks a lof like BBS's mesh wheels for a fraction of the cost.
But first, what's your budget?
