Default Where to get replacement control ****?

I have a 2005 A6 and the radio control **** is/ seems broken? It just spins and will not scroll. It comes off easy and when I look underneath **** I can see that the plastic is broken. Wondering if anyone has website or place to get a replacement? Thx

You can get a new one from Genuineaudieparts.com. Select your year and model and navigate to Console->Console->****->Center. $75 list, $54 retail.

Try removing the **** and see if you can turn the shaft by hand to make the menu's scroll. If they still don't scroll you may need a new MMI control unit which is $510 (but it comes with a new ****!)

Good Luck.
