hah alright. how would i spray the silicone in the channels without taking the panels off? lol i just bought my audi so i dont know too much about them. im trying to learn though

You can't. But it is really easy to take the front door panels off. It is just held by 2 phillips screws. Disconnect the window switch and lift the whole panel up. You are done.

i'm recommend you not to do it. It newer fix your windows problem. Your real problem is plastic quids. Read post above (page 1.)

I am living with it on 98A6 2.8 Q. I adopted to my audi due to lack of will to fix it. I can bring he window down to 50% max. It comes back up on its own. If I ever bring it down 100%, I will have to assist the window in pulling it up. Reading all this, siliccon spray is doable, other seems like an all day job for me :-))
