I just recently sold my b6 s4 and am looking to get into a A4 s-line.... Girl friend is way to far away to be getting 14mpg so it had to go....

I just found an 06 black on black 2.0T S-line that has premium and tech packages along with xenon's. It just click 44k on the odo and it will come with a CPO warranty till July 2012. The car looks mint with no paint flaws and no curb rash. It also has new rubber.

What do you believe is a fair offer? They have the car listed at 25,000. Anyone one know what they are going for at auction or have recent trade in numbers. I don't mind letting the stealership make a buck or two but I don't feel like getting raped like I did when I purchased my s4(hindsight is always 20/20)

 

25k seems kind of high to me for a three-year-old car with 45k miles on it.

 

I just bought a 2007 2.0T Quattro S-line for $23,500 a month ago. So 25k seems a little high.

Here's what my has - 36K miles, titanium package, and basically every other option except for heated seats and navigation, and it is also a manual transmission.

I'd shop around a bit, but it's an awesome ride.
