Looking to purchase a preowned 2008 A8L from a audi dealer, whom I have a good relationship with. The car is a one owner car, 71,000 miles with full service records. Car is 29,000 with a 100,000 3 year good aftermarket arantee. Does this seem reasonable? Any issues that I should look for?

I don't know if this helps but I bought a 2006 A8L with 59k miles for 25k. The one I bought has every option except the W12 engine plus the Sport Package. Kelley is the most used for buyer and seller guidlines.
