Another suspension issue thread 06 D3
I've been member on here for a while somehow i couldn't access my log in had to make another one. Silver D2 hope you can chime in as you are very knowledgeable along with many others. So about 2 weeks ago my MMI screen started acting up where i couldn't get pass the warning screen (assuming maybe the big button inst working maybe as I've press it with no response).
Last week i notice in the morning the front of the car is lowered. I proceed to start the car and it raised up which shows that the compressor is working. While driving sometimes the green light would come on and off and sometimes both the orange and green lights are on. It happens sporadically where it would lower while the car is park and raise back up while driving. there are also times when it would stay at the proper level.
I have changed the relay, the 40 amp fuse is fine. Here are the codes using Vag. The compressor is working and kicking on at all times so i can rule that out.
any help is greatly appreciated i have also read many of the other post just trying to get some more ideas.

There is an air leak in the suspension system.
First thing to do is isolate and repair it.
Could be in the air lines or one or more of the air shocks.
I would also check wiring for G78 and/or replace it to eliminate that DTC.
The compressor is running to the point it's overheating and shutting down.
This will eventually lead to a burned up relay and dead compressor motor.
If one corner is lower than the other after sitting over night, suspect that is where a leak is.
Good old soap and water test is the easiest assuming you don't hear the leak.

Not sure if you mean the valve block or the valve on the shock itself.
If block, then try sealing it or replace.
As for the air shock this is your best bet: https://www.arnottindustries.com/par...17_pid174.html

Uhhhhh, yeah.... that's likely a new air shock
Check the connection just to be on the safe side though.
Some folks claim you can put some 'slime' (?) in there that's similar to Fix-A-Flat.
Don't do that please, it will just make things worse eventually.
