Do Canbus Error-free bulbs work on an A8?

Do Canbus Error-free bulbs work on an A8?
I am looking to replace my DRLs and city lights with LED lights that are Canbus error-free from ijdmtoy.com. Do they work on a 2008 A8? If not will a separate resistor work? I have alot of conflicting information.
