okay i have a code up on my vag come saying that the upper driver side seat exceeded signal whats the fix????

The connector probably opened up. It happens in the A4 a lot when you move the seat too far so it could be the same for the A8. Reset the code and see if it returns or if it was momentary, a one-time thing.

 

Sorry, i have been awal from the site for a minute. Do exactly what the devil said, the connectors under the seat get tangled up when moving the seat back and forth. There is a little clip or zip tie that holds the harness in place that sometimes breaks off.
It could also be a bad air bag just the same.

 

well my dad had the whole harness replace so he prob didnt make sure it was all nice and tight and snug ill go take a few tie wraps to it
