Thank you Truthandjustice! ...and I agree. There is advice and tech discussion...and then there's self promoting spam. Tashasweety's post IS spam and not even correctly relevant to A8 in particular. They are NOT paying sponsors as far a I know.
If you haven't already reported it as spam, I have.

I respect the decisions of the powers that be for this forum, but this one has me scratchin my head:
"...we are indeed doing promoting for our website."
-- Tashasweety
Either I don't understand the term "Spam" or they ARE paying sponsors. Their website is a retail store...not a tutorial site like AudiPages, which is paid for by sponsors.
At a glance, their first post may have indeed been considered a legitimate answer to a poster's question of where to find something. I've posted links, at no advantage to myself, to help posters find a product or repair procedure............BUT (and a BIG one), this promoter's supposed helpful "answer" did not come till FOUR YEARS after the last request for info was posted!! This is obviously a spammer cruising the net (probably in robotic fashion) searching for key words (as spammers do) to plant an ad disguised as an innocent "helpful" post.
Then, to follow this by trying to sell car alarms because someone's joking remark about breaking into a car that already has a great built in system including motion detectors ?? ...continued key word searching and shameless opportunism...no help to anyone reading, just the "promoter of a store website".
And to still include their store link when responding to a legitimate complaint regarding the nature of their "post"...another self serving freebie. I don't get it.
Not askin for anything...just offering an opinion from a "Non-Competitor", who will not make a penny from this.

Just as some straight up info, here are some more reasons NOT to order from Espow or any company that rings up Espow to send your order:
Espow fake forum post 1
Espow fake forum post 2
Espow fake forum post 3
Espow fake forum post 4
That's enough. Back to regularly scheduled programming! : )
