How to set the date?

Hello, First i would like to say Great site you all have here! I bought a 2003 S8 Audi , with no manual and i was trying to set the date i have the time set . Could some one please help me out?

Using the menu controls in the center console, next to cup holder and following the prompts displayed between the speed and tachometer.
