Strange Problem with car running
I have a 2001 Audi A8L and the other day my wife drove my car with the spare key and i guess the key is not programmed. Then she called me and told me that the car did not start after she took it to here first stop. So i called the local audi dealer and they asked if it was started by an old key, which it was. Then they said to take the battery cable off the battery for a minute and then the computer would reset and it did not. The car runs very bad and all of the cylinders show misfire on vac-com. The motor shows 13 errors codes I have them if it helps. Audi dealer said they could get it running in 20 minutes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds to me like you need to have all codes cleared from memory from dealer and have them redrive car for awhile and see if any dtc's come back.It could be a big leak in intake system or a bad MAF sensor causing car to run bad .The misfires are on both banks so it is air or fuel that both banks have in common to each other causing these dtc's.As for the keys the dealership needs to try to readapt the old key to the car.You will need to bring all of your keys for the car with you so that they can be readapted.HOPES THIS HELPS!
