My father picked up a Q7 that is post accident, and the driver airbag went off. none of the electronics work, so I can't move the shifter, or remove the key. I was told that when the airbag goes off, it triggers a switch or blows a fuse, that prevents all electronics from working, does anyone know what this could be? I'm in the process of testing the battery which I removed earlier. PS, i can't open my glovebox to access the owners manual, so can anyone confirm that the spare tire is in the trunk?

The owners manual in my Q7 is in a drawer under the driver's seat.

 

I completely forgot I registered here lol. all the electronics started working, I don't remember what we did. We bought a parts car, cut out part of the frame, and we are just about ready to weld it all together. From here it should be just a matter of putting the engine back in, and bolting everything together
