Anyone want to earn some money? I want some painted engine covers but don't have the time or the skills to do it. I want the lettering (the Audi circle and 5V) red and other stuff.

I took my cover off a long time ago im painting my valve cover soon, but its not a hard project if u do it urself, id say try it urself its easy to pay someone to do it but where's the fun in tht?

 

Well see I work EMS and pull 12 hour shifts Monday through Friday and and I pull on call 3 nights a week. So I don't rly have "free time" to do that

 

Oh icic well im sure someone is willing to do it if u ask around, or go to a local body shop

 

Well the shop that does all my performance work recommended me to someone and he is going to do everything I want like the picture above and paint the radiator covers also for $200. Does that sound reasonable?

 

If he knows wht he's doing n does it well then ya thts pretty reasonable, I had my friend paint my rear exhaust valence n it was $40 n he usually charges 80-100, just make sure tht hi temp paint is used cause they get hot, but 200 is more then reasonable especially with the lettering

 

Well, he should have them back to me round middle of next week so I'll give an update and post some pics. Got a local car show to be at on May 12th.
