Hi,

I have a 2003 1.8l automatic Audi TT which was off the road for 9 months.

Have recently started it up again with the intention to sell the car.

However after about 10 days of normal operation a problem began. When I shift the car into reverse the car jerks backward while stationary.

When I shift into Drive the car does not come out of first gear.

Has anyone experienced this and do you know if this is a common problem for which there might have been a recall for this problem.

Any help will be much appreciated.
